We are headed by our Group Chair, who is responsible for the overall Project delivery and Technical oversight.
The Chair works with the Business Manager to help guide our organisation's day-to-day running, but has no direct oversight in this aspect. The Chair works directly with Our Quality Assurance and Testing Co-Ordinators, Developers, and the Infrastructure Manager to guide the development of the product, through documents such as the Functional Specification, and to ensure that all technical standards are clear, appropriate, and known.
The Chair is also responsible for handling any Exceptional operational incidents which may arise.
Our Business Manager leads the Company's Financial direction and manages all the day-to-day operational affairs of our Organisation.
Through delegation to the Finance Co-Ordinator, he organises our financial matters to ensure that the company remains solvent and viable; he is also responsible for arranging our meeting minutes, through delegation to our Documentation Co-Ordinator.
If the Group Chair is unavailable, the Business Manager is responsible for chairing meetings.
Our QA & Testing Co-ordinators ensure that we are developing high-quality products - enforcing our strict Quality standards to our Documentation, End-Product, and Business Practices.
They should co-ordinate with our other employees to create periodic Quality reports to ensure we are all kept informed of Quality through our organisation, allowing the Group Chair to make accurate and timely decisions on our practises and direction.
They also work with our Documentation Co-Ordinator to produce our initial Quality Manual.
Our Documentation Co-Ordinator works with all employees, following our Quality guidelines, to co-ordinate all of our documentation, ensuring that all of our documentation which we release has a consistent style and feel, is well typeset, and is - of course - correct.
Our UI Co-ordinator designs and works alongside our Developers to implement our Product UI, following the Functional Specification and direction from our Business Manager
Our Finance Co-ordinator keeps track of all our income and outgoings, co-ordinating with and periodically reporting to the Business Manager to manage our finances and accounts.
Our Infrastructure Manager manages Our Git repository, CICD pipelines, and other Infrastructure required for the success of our Organisation.
Our Developers build our Products, following our Quality Guidelines and Functional Specification and working towards our targets.
Our Developers report directly to our Co-Ordinators and to the Group Chair to ensure that we are able to accurate understand our progress, and that we are all working towards the same common goal.
